Wallan, situated approximately 45 kilometers from the Melbourne Central Business District (CBD), is undergoing rapid urbanization and emerging as a sought-after destination for new homeowners. In the pursuit of fostering an inclusive community that seamlessly balances privacy with connectivity, the design team at Archtek has been actively involved in the development process.
I played a role in shaping some of the home designs. Our overarching goal was to create a community that not only meets but exceeds the diverse needs of its residents. To achieve this, we meticulously incorporated open public spaces, well-designed walkways, and essential facilities that cater to the evolving requirements of families within the development.
